Our complete inventory of minerals and Shells has been sold. We will not be restocking for about 1 year due to a big move from here in Tennessee to Rhode Island this Summer.

We will have NO Email contact from May 29, 2002 - Aug. 05, 2002. This is my families once in a lifetime vacation. So if you Email me do not expect an answer back for a while.

Ordering, Payments, Postage, Handling
and Returning Merchandise Information

I would like to thank you first for any order you place.

Ordering: To place an order just send me E-mail with the specimen number you wish to purchase. Minimum order is $5.00 on every thing.

Payments: Payment will be in U.S. Dollars ONLY. Money Orders and Credit Cards are the preferred method of payment. I will except checks, but they must clear my bank before orders are sent, if the check bounces you will be responsible to pay the NSF fees for a bounce check, if you refuse to pay the NSF charge you will loose any and all check privileges. I except Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express Credit Cards at this time. I also ask you do not send any cash through the mail. There is sales tax for all Tennessee residence of .0825% unless you're a Gem and Mineral dealer. Sorry I do not sell wholesale. Click HERE to see about putting an order on Lay-A-Way.

Shipping and Handling: Due to the new postage rates the new fee is $5.00 and up, Foreign orders are also $5.00 and up. Postage is paid on orders over $300.00 only if the order is not of high weight, (high weight = 3 or more lbs.). Orders will be send through the US Postal System Priority Mail unless your order is over 70 lbs. then it will be send UPS. All orders will be insured, if your order is received damage, you take the item, box and wrapper to the Post Office to file a claim, do not forget the receipt for the items you bought. DO NOT send it back to me damaged unless we have made arrangements for this.

Returning Merchandise: If you wish to return an item please E-mail me first, No Items will be excepted for return if:
1.) The item is damaged. If the item was damaged in the mail, take it to the Post office and file a claim.
2.) 15 days past the mailing date it has not been returned, this is determined by the post mark on the returned package.
You must insure the box your sending back. I will send you your refund, or credit it back to your Credit Card.
