You can put a mineral or an order of minerals on Lay-A-Way. 

Here is how it works. 

1st Find what you want, easy enough.
2nd Place your order, also easy.
3rd Let me know in the E-mail you want to place this order on
    Lay-A-Way.
4th Print this form, sign the bottom and send it with your down
    payment. No Lay-A-Ways will be done without a signed form.
    DO NOT edit this form in any way or it will be considered
    NULL & VOID. 

* * Now the payment plan and rules of payment read carefully. * *

1st A 10 percent down payment is required. This will also be
    used as a restocking fee if you cancel your Lay-A-Way,
    so it is nonrefundable.
2nd Orders less then $100.00 are not subject to lay-A-Way.
3rd The full amount must be paid in 4 months on orders $500.00
    or less, and 6 months on order $500.01 or more, NO
    Lay-A-Way will be longer then 6 months from the order
    date.
4th If your going to be late with a payment PLEASE E-mail
    me and let me know.
5th Any payment that is 2 months late, the order is considered
    canceled and any payment you have sent minus the restocking
    fee will be returned.
6th Your order will be mailed to you when payment is received in
    full.
7th There are no finance charges.
8th This offer can change without notice, but will not change on
    existing orders.
9th Thank you for any order you make.
